Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
We only deliver to available regions. Standard shipping takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delays may be caused by customs clearance, bad weather, peak logistics season or other unexpected uncontrollable factors.
3. Tracking Number
Once shipped, we will send the tracking code so customers can track packages online anytime.
4. Customs Duty & Tax
All import taxes, customs duties and clearance fees shall be borne by buyers. We are not responsible for packages detained by local customs.
5. Wrong Address & Failed Delivery
Please fill in complete and accurate shipping address. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, invalid contact or customer rejection of receipt, shipping cost cannot be refunded and resending is unavailable.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcel
Contact customer service with relevant evidence if items are lost or broken in transit, we will arrange proper after-sales solution.
